Shipping policy

This policy explains how Raz Vape Store (www.raz-vape.store) ships orders. If anything here is unclear, write to support@raz-vape.store before you order.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States. We do not ship internationally.
Laws on nicotine and vapor products differ by state and city. We may cancel and refund any order we cannot lawfully deliver to the address you give us.

Orders ship from our warehouse in Florida.
Shipping options and cost
- Standard Shipping: $9.99, or free when your items total $80 or more
- Expedited Shipping: $19.99
The options for your order and their prices are shown at checkout before you pay. The price at checkout is the price you are charged.
Processing and delivery
We start on your order once payment is confirmed. Delivery time depends on the carrier and the destination, so any delivery date is an estimate and not a guarantee. If your order is held up for a significant time, we will email you.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you its tracking number. Reply to that email with any question about the delivery.
Age and delivery
Our products are for adults 21 and over. Deliveries of nicotine products may require the signature of an adult 21 or older, and the carrier may ask to see a government-issued photo ID.
If a package comes back to us because no eligible adult was available, delivery was refused or the address was wrong, we will refund the order to your original payment method, less the original shipping charge and a 15% restocking fee. We do not reship returned packages, so you would need to place a new order.
Check your address
You are responsible for giving us a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed or delivered elsewhere because of an address error. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can only change an address before the order ships.
Lost, stolen or damaged packages
If tracking says your package was delivered but you do not have it, check with your household and neighbors and look around your property, then contact the carrier with your tracking number. If it still cannot be found, email us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will work with the carrier, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for a package the carrier confirms was delivered.
If a package arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will resolve it with a replacement or refund.
Cancelling an order
To cancel an order that has not shipped, email us as soon as you can. If it has not entered the shipping process, we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but it can be returned under our Refund Policy.
We may cancel an order if we cannot confirm the buyer's age, suspect fraud, cannot supply an item, or find a pricing or product error. Cancelled orders are refunded in full to the original payment method.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy at any time and will post the new version here with a new date.
