This policy explains what Raz Vape Store ("we") collects when you use www.raz-vape.store, how we use it and the choices you have. By using this site you acknowledge this policy.

What we collect

Order and contact details: your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, the items you order and your order history
Account details: your email address, login and saved addresses, if you create an account
Payment details: your card number goes from your browser to our payment processor as a token and never reaches us. We keep the payment's amount, status and reference
Messages: what you send us through the contact form or by email
Email sign-ups: your email address and the store you joined through
Site use: pages and products viewed, items added to your cart, whether a visit led to an order, your browser and device type and your approximate country

Our own visit records do not store your IP address, name or email. If you are signed in, we may record the products you view. Our hosting and security providers may log IP addresses to run and protect the site.

Cookies and browser storage

We use cookies to keep your cart and keep you signed in, and browser storage to remember choices such as your answer to the 21+ question. We do not use advertising cookies. We may use an analytics service such as Google Analytics, which would set its own cookies.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only as needed with:

Service providers that work for us: Authorize.net (payments), ShipStation and shipping carriers (fulfillment and delivery), Resend (email), and Railway and Cloudflare (hosting and site delivery)
Businesses under common ownership or operation with us
Authorities or others when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, customers or the public
A buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganized

Children

This site is only for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. We keep information for as long as we need it for your account and orders, our legal and tax obligations, and to resolve disputes.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for access to your personal information, to correct it, to delete it or to receive a copy. Email support@raz-vape.store to make a request. We may need to verify your identity first, and you may use an authorized agent where the law allows. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.

You can stop marketing email at any time with the unsubscribe link in any message. We may still send emails about your orders or account.

Links to other sites are not covered by this policy, and we are not responsible for their practices.

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new date.
